Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Once the house is reserved it is no longer available for other guests. Reservation holders canceling will not be refunded deposit. No refunds for the full amount will be given for cancellations less than week in advance from the time of your arrival. The full amount of your stay will be charged to your card unless the room can be resold. There will be no refunds for early departures.
